MD’s Bio: Kumar was born and brought up in Patna, Bihar. He graduated in Science and acquired a management degree in marketing from the coveted LN Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Changes in 2005.
Achievements: Kumar, who has a wide experience in the real estate industry, is the founder of Nice Property Management Pvt Ltd, one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the eastern region. He has wide connections across the industry and is known for his commitment, drive and zeal to provide unique marketing ideas. He has changed the landmarks of cities across eastern India.
Having felt the huge gap between demand and supply of quality retail space, residential space, warehouses and commercial space in tier II and tier III cities, Kumar undertook the responsibility to fill the huge chasm. Under his guidance, the group has developed and marketed many properties across the country.
Kumar’s maiden marketing project, ‘Vishal Mega Mart’ received rave reviews both from customers and industry peers. He is also the pioneer in marketing ‘Pantaloons’ and later ‘Big Bazaar’ outlets in Patna. He gifted the people of Gaya with the ‘Reliance Trends’ at APR City Centre. Kumar has carved a niche for himself in marketing projects in Bihar and over 100 projects in the state have set a new benchmark in trustworthiness. Apart from marketing residential projects, he has marketed retail, commercial and warehouses.
